  • you are a complete beginner
  • or you have some meditation experience
  • you have any back or neck problems or gastric acid issues /hiatus hernia.​🌙

After sitting for some pranayama (yoga breathing) you will lie down in savasana, known as 'corpse pose'. Usually we lie like this to finish yoga practice. I will guide you through a body so that you can experience how to focus on areas of your body to relax your muscles and entire being from head to toe.

You will need
  • half an hour for yourself
  • a yoga mat or rug to put between you and the floor
  • a blanket or duvet for over your body
  • an internet connection
  • headphones would be a bonus, but they are are not absolutley necessary.
